About Riewald's Garage
A Burlington garage built around its community.
Riewald's Garage began as both a repair facility and gas station in February 1957.
As the customer base grew, Cornelius Riewald needed a larger shop. He purchased the property at 1231 King Road and had a new facility built. In 1966, the gas-pumping days were left behind so the business could focus completely on automotive repair.
The King Road location created the space the garage needed to grow, specialize, and better serve its customers.
After working alongside his father for several years, Sid Riewald proudly took over the shop in 1992. A fully licensed Automotive and Truck & Coach Technician, Sid remains hands-on—working on vehicles in the shop and helping in the office.
